This amazing sauce was launch Autumn 2022 and in 2023 it was given the Great Taste Award, it was an old recipe that was always used for Korean BBQ Chicken Wings. It has been made with Tamari instead of Soy Sauce making it completely gluten free.
Unlike other barbecue sauces that many find too sweet, it is much more moorish and savoury. Original flavours of Korea, A unique BBQ taste of sweet, smokey, hot and sour flavours like no other sauces. Use on grilled meats as a marinade or sauce, veggie stir fry, burgers, fried noodles and rice.
